No idea if the bottom picture is doctored or not.

sampi25 wrote:there is no evidence and i also not support this sir but now my question is , 1.the photo person holding is resembling him? or not.
2. is this photograph doctored?
3. are there any way to find doctored photo?

this is the photo which that person is holding is two looking same i m totally confused looking for good study of this photo

Whether they look alike or not is irrelevant. How would this be evidence of reincarnation? If it could be demonstrated that their alleged similarity were evidence of reincarnation, there might be something to debunk.

Private Eye has a whole column devoted to pictures of people who look like other people. Some of them are quite funny.
Once again, the only sensible approach is tentatively to reject the dragon hypothesis, to be open to future physical data, and to wonder what the cause might be that so many apparently sane and sober people share the same strange delusion

Even if they did, and I can't tell from the quality of the older picture, so what?
As has been pointed out, people look similar because people look similar.

So what?

I look exactly like my dad did when he was my age, am I my father reincarnated before he's even died?

Banned? Why bother? Are they really that important?

the photo was a doctored one .the person is not actually holding the picture. they set up some 4 sticks and used strings to tie them up . strings are visible when u see the hands which holding . next in picture eyes , ears , mouth are all drawn one . there is no neck
drawn by bad artist i think . everything is fake . actually i think they randomly took some man's picture and made the hands artificially using sticks , and settted up as he is holding this fake drawn picture. then they used ms paint to increase brightness of the fake picture.

Obviously, merely resembling someone is not evidence of reincarnation, if it were, I'd be the reincarnation of Charlie Drake George Clooney.

They don't look at all identical - significant differences in the structure of their noses, upper lips, and chins are immediately apparent, as are differing eyebrow profiles and hair lines.

Hell, just the fact that one has a "widow's peak" and the other doesn't demonstrates they aren't identical twins.

But they've got the same shirt on. Of course there is something supernatural going on.
The problem with fantasies is you can't really insist that everyone else believes in yours, the other problem with fantasies is that most believers of fantasies eventually get around to doing exactly that.

How strange that the hindmost individual's image is subtly blurred.

I was a woodchuck in a former life. I have a big nose, just like a woodchuck. It's not wet and twitchy anymore though.

How about this one:

Image

A man has spoken of the "total weirdness" of encountering his doppelganger on a flight.

Neil Thomas Douglas boarded a flight on Thursday night and came face-to-face with his lookalike.

Mr Douglas, a photographer from Glasgow, said: "Everyone around us had a laugh, we took a selfie and that was it."

The selfie was posted on Twitter and has been retweeted thousands of times.

The photographer explained that when he boarded the Ryanair flight to Galway via London Stansted there was already someone sitting in his seat.

He said: "There was a dude already on my seat. When the guy looked up, I thought: 'He looks like me'."...
