Depends what you mean. About their nonsensical religion - not much. About how they managed to sucker such a large chunk of the world's population, and how best to debunk it, quite a bit. Neither likely to produce much joy on an Islamic forum, I'd have thought,

Well, that just means they don't think it will make them enough money to offset possible hassle. Having abandoned a half-written book ten years ago, if I'd finished it but had no success with publishers I'd be thinking of electronic publishing by now. Never mind the peanuts, feel the satisfaction!
I'm sure regulars here would treat an electronic review copy in confidence.
Anyway, good luck if you decide to go ahead.

Not serious enough to get a fatwa called on me or whatever it is they do with it, or to start a jihad :ask:

So, I am my own worst critic and may be exaggerating the lack of quality. I'm thinking of judicously editing it and trying again, but I was so deflated by the initial attempts that it's hard to be motivated to try once more.

it would be a shame to let it go to waste,i found your stories very interesting, durro.
it's a very competitive industry and to get rejections is just normal even for people who have been doing it for quite some time, try if this link helps a bit:

Hmmm! Funny how when Richard Dawkins says that theology is bullshit, people say they "love him." When I say it, I'm an idiot because I don't respect that people take decades to become authorities about bullshit. :whine:

I want people to "love" me too! :waah:

You're right but what the heck. Loads of authors get their works rejected multiple times before someone has the balls to publish. Durro, you should go for it. Call me a wuss though, I'd use a pen name and a mail drop address, those Muslims can be a touch hysterical if someone has a pop at their pet paedophile.

Wuss!

No problem Paula, I'm just not too keen on the smell of petrol bombs in the morning!!
The Bible is full of interest. It has noble poetry in it; and some clever fables; and some blood-drenched history; and some good morals; and a wealth of obscenity; and upwards of a thousand lies.
