Hang on, Stevebee thinks Robert Byers is the "one person with a brain" here?

Wow.

Oh, and if you do return, would you care to support this assertion:

Common ancestry, and the spread of bio-systems are mutually exclusive.

He seems to think "common ancestry" means there are many different lineages of organisms that each started independently, but were able to interbreed with each other so that different traits would be combined in their offspring. Yeah, that's how poorly he understands evolution.

And with this execrable level of biological understanding, he managed to become a dentist?

I suspect he's referring to Kuia. If so, the question remains of what exactly is being "spoofed" here, and what "serious" point Steve thinks he's making.

That your video was a "spoof"?
Well I would say not exactly. I would think that they meant by "spoof" that it was the work of a Poe, making fun of creationist/anti-evolutionist bullshit through parody. While by it you mean taking the piss at "ev-illusinionists", by creating inane little Straw man arguments. :nono:
Pathetic really.

The "point" is stupid and a display of your own ignorance on the very subject you mean to attack, the "spoof" is just an empty cheap shot.

No, Steve is very real. We have a history with him. His style of posting insults and running is his MO.

Yep.

And Polanyi's style of posting is so internally consistent that it is possible to find Polanyi's multiple aliases scattered through the interntubez. He can't resist quoting himself - or he has so little to say, that he can't help repeating himself.

If Polanyi were being puppetted by Stevebee, Stevebee would give him different dialog.

Yes, it's theoretically possible that the same person in real life is two or more massively dissociated on-line identities. But it's pointless speculation.

Rumraket: you should have kept watching. You missed the fun part.
Shrunk: You tried to “teach” me? Right. Biological systems are not traits or “common features”. Y’all always change "bio-systems" to “traits” so you can satisfy yourselves and eliminate challenges to your belief system.
Latimeria: You left my site with just oodles of personal attacks, just like I get here. Of course you avoided the challenge of the spread of bio-systems just in the nick of time. You changed "bio-systems" into "traits" as well, and when you were stuck you left. Good strategy. Both the ragging and leaving. Then bragging about what a conqueror you were here. Also, I didn’t follow your “popcorn” back here. When people post my vids on their site, YT informs me.
Calilasseia: Sorry, “They” will never form a new set of natural teeth with genetic modifications for 65 yr. olds “in the future” So dream on. Also you need to learn the difference between morphogenesis, genetics, and evolution. You’re getting them mixed up. You think you schooled me? Come on over and read your great debate which I posted on my site. You might want to rethink your “schooled” comment.
Kuia: Kudos for realizing the vid is a spoof. You are the only one of the groupthinkers who did. Latimeria didn’t, and gave me a serious dissertation on inter-species procreation. Thanks Lat!
Blitzdrebs: My machine goes PING? What does that mean? It’s on http://dentalxraydeveloper.com/ I don’t think you will hear a PING.
laklak: I am an ID’er, not a YEC’er. I am sure you could give a shit, but just for clarity.
Occam’s Laser: Half the people on RD found my patents. While you were ragging there about my patents, they were writing that they had found them . Right hand doesn’t know what the left…….You are STILL ragging that I don’t have them here? You are way behind your compadres. If you want to see my stuff in action: http://dentalxraydeveloper.com/ I’m sure you could give a shit, and you won’t want to appear wrong, so I can imagine your response. I am on the vid, so get out your darts.
um1cubfn: Listen to your dad. He is a smart guy. I don’t quite get the hilarity.
Latimeria and Shrunk: try penciling out the spread of bio-systems. Talk is cheap. Not a tough diagram to think up and do. You won’t because underneath your cocky demeanor you know you can’t. I “poorly understand” evolution? Then why do you keep calling "bio-systems" “traits”? You obviously don't know your own evo-science.The first step for y’all is to understand the difference.

Steve, the quote function system here works the same as that at the old RDF board.

Could you provide a reference that demonstrates that "bio-system" is the preferred term to "trait" in evolutionary biology?

What do you think Kuia actually meant when he said he thought your video was a "spoof"? Are you quite sure he meant what you think he did? Or that he would still think so now?

Your thoughts about mapping the "spread of bio-systems" is, as they say, "not even wrong." Everyone here understands your mistake, and you're incapable of understanding it, so there's no point in my trying to explain it to you yet again. Someone who thinks dogs and wolves can interbreed yet not be related by common descent has to learn some very basic biology before they can start understanding the things you attempt to discuss.

If you don't know the difference between a biological system and a trait, you shouldn't be talking biology anywhere. Try a dictionary or google.
