I just want Arya to fetch needle and stick it into that waif. I wasn't happy about Hodor, but yes I get it when someone's served their purpose they have to die. So now who's next Brienne?

Really random wart checking scene, especially right after a switch.
Other than that, a lot happened at the end of the episode.

Also still have no idea what supposed to be the super-special-awesome thing, Bran is supposed to be doing as the new Three Eyed Raven.

Also, just a random thought: maybe dragon's fire is the cure to the stone-skin curse?

One idea about Bran's possible future role:
He will have to warg the dragons to fight w/night king.

Dragons are intelligent. I doubt it. Thatd also be silly. I really hope not.

Hodor is reasonably intelligent, barring his speech impediment.
More-over it's never been stated or hinted at, that intelligent creatures can't be warged into.
Finally, I'm not saying I particularly like this theory either, but it's just about the only I can see atm, given what we've seen in the show so far and the continued insistence that Bran has to succeed the Raven and do something critical.
If you have other ideas, I'd be happy to hear them.

I thought that entire play was awesome. If they could create a mini-series or web-series like that I'd watch it religiously. Abridged Game of Thrones.

Quite liked the literal lip-reading skit someone did once.

Is he? I thought that part of the reveal from last night was that he's basically been brain dead since he turned into "Hodor".

No, the part they showed yesterday revealed that he hasn't been able to communicate properly since that day.

I took it as meaning he basically died mentally that day and has basically been stuck since waiting for his body to follow. Either way I don't ever recall from either the show nor books him being shown as having any more intelligence than an animal.
