Newton Edward Daniels, known by his stage name Paul Daniels, was an English magician and television performer. He achieved international fame through his television series The Paul Daniels Magic Show, which ran on the BBC from 1979 to 1994.

Guido Westerwelle (German: 27 December 1961 – 18 March 2016) was a German lawyer and politician who served as the 10th Foreign Minister in the second cabinet of Chancellor Angela Merkel and was the 15th Vice Chancellor of Germany from 2009 to 2011. He was the first openly gay person to hold either of those positions. He was a member of the Bundestag from 1996 to 2013 and the chairman of the Free Democratic Party of Germany (FDP) from May 2001 until he stepped down in 2011.

John Werner Cahn
(January 9, 1928 – March 14, 2016)
American scientist and recipient of the 1998 National Medal of Science. Born in Cologne, Germany, he was a professor in the department of Materials Science at MIT from 1964 to 1978. Since 1977, he held a position at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (formerly the National Bureau of Standards, NBS). Cahn had a profound influence on the course of materials research during his career. One of foremost authorities on thermodynamics, Cahn applied the basic laws of thermodynamics to describe and predict a wide range of physical phenomena.

Canadian politician and businessperson who served as the 64th mayor of Toronto from 2010 to 2014. He gained international notoriety after admitting smoking crack cocaine in 2013, but he was loved by supporters. Mr Ford, who battled drug and alcohol addiction, was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in 2014.

Anna Marie "Patty" Duke

American actress of stage, film, and television. She first became known as a teen star, who won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at age 16 for her role as Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker (1962), which she had originated on Broadway. Later she had the lead in the eponymous sitcom The Patty Duke Show. Duke progressed to more mature roles such as in the film Valley of the Dolls (1967), playing Neely O'Hara. She served as the president of the Screen Actors Guild from 1985 to 1988, four years after her Patty Duke Show co-star William Schallert held the same office.
