It affects people differently. Many get very scared and angry because they are aware that something is very wrong, but they don’t know what and can’t control it.

Quite. My Mother-in-law was in a constant state of confusion and distress. Terry Jones certainly wasn't having a good time of it.

Neither was Iris Murdoch. She changed from an intelligent, articulate philosopher and novelist to an unhappy, aggressive vegetable.

Broken link. I tried fixing "nyties" with "nytimes" and it says page not found. At present, no news sources that I could find are reporting this.

ETA: CRAP! Forgot I was 2 years behind on this thread. Sorry.

Well, it's not like di carpaccio is good enough an actor to be nominated for anything.

Probably because he died before anyone thought to nominate him.

I think he’s a great actor myself, more so as he’s got older.

He was a greater painter than an actor, albeit a bit slow. 16 years to paint the Sistine Chapel. And that was just the ceiling. Sheesh! With a 24 inch medium nap roller I could have done it in a day or two.

Yes, but do you have seriously overhanging brows, which can prove a major impediment for even the most ardent of artists?

This was an avoidable accident, and took place in poor weather; the aircraft was apparently not on an instrument flight plan, and impacted hilly terrain in conditions of poor visibility and low ceiling. The flight took off from Orange County Airport, about 100 km SE of the accident site and was near its destination at the time of the crash.
