Just watching BBC world news and they are showing the funeral of this Italian shitheap. FFS the man was a poisonous reptile that the Borgias would have balked at entertaining. Corrupt demagogue, liar, exploiter, sexual predator, friend of dictators, elitist, ruthless oppressor of the poor, xenophobe... I could go on but you get the idea.
For the rest of us, even a hint of membership of one of these categories would render us somewhere on the scale from imprisoned to unemployable, but this shitheap gets a state fucking funeral.

The likelihood is high. (No pun intended.) It's also possible that Prig wasn't on the plane that crashed, but killed somewhere else. Either way, life is cheap to Putin.

The group was named after his callsign and favourite composer and yes, those are SS flashes tattooed onto his shoulder-blades.

Multiply ironic since this group was in Ukraine to "de-nazify" it from its Jewish president. In a way though I guess downing the plane means there are a few less nazis heading into Ukraine.

I remember early on in the war when the Ukraine thread on RatSkep had a (now banned) member fulminating about Nazis in Ukraine, and citing Ukraine's 'Nazi problem' as justification for Barbarossa 2022.
But a leader of a Russian state sponsored private militia, who formerly had close personal links to Putin and was by any standards close to the centre of power, a guy who had literal SS and swastika tattoos mimicking the uniform insignia of WW2 SS troops, somehow escaped notice of the 'ever-vigilant against Nazis' shill.
