It rather looks like a clip from the footage taken with the first video camera we used back at school in the early 1980's. We promptly decided it would be easier to film a remake of Ghostbusters than it would be to do the school project documentary

Anyone with a camera that has night portrait mode can duplicate exactly the effect shown by taking a picture of themselves at dusk while wiggling the camera.

Oy, it's even worse than the focus. These people don't have a clue. Here's a couple more pictures and the captions...

Three "black" photos occurred next. In this one we have added
brightness & changed the contrast, revealing light-balls.

I'm confused, ghost hunters explain that these balls are evidence of ghosts, yet the UFO hunters think that they are evidence of UFO's. I'm so confused. Well, I guess I'll just keep thinking that it's a reflection off dust in the air and be done with it.
