Based on the record, the allegation/suggestion that the #FBI came close to investigating @realDonaldTrump as a Russian spy/asset-if true-says more about anti-Trump bias within the DOJ than it ever does about the president’s actions regarding Russia.

Either he's not seeing the same record as the rest of the world, or he's ignoring the uncomfortable truth. Ditto to millions of Americans who watch Fox News. Fox news is doing their viewers, the country, and by extension, the planet, a disservice, to say the least.

Geraldo, like Pers Morgan, is a lying sack of shit with an audience. The reason why they suck up to Trump and their ilk is that without them they’d just be lying sacks of shit.

I think the only time Geraldo showed a gram of integrity was when he challenged the Fox party line on one of the migrant caravans.
Other than that, to my knowledge, lying sack of shit.

Seems Trump's biggest gift to his puppet master is for the US to pull out of NATO. I'll say it again, his father should have pulled out.

NATO has no function. Get American influence out of Europe. Trump is against Europe (not just the EU) buying much cheaper Russian gas. He wants us to buy expensive American liquid gas and ship it over. He cant appreciate that having trade deals with a country keeps doors open. He is and his advisors (well he cant think) are stuck in the Cold War mind set.

Imaging being one of those college students. You just won a championship, you get to go to DC but can’t do anything there because all the museums are closed. You get excited to see the White House and while you may be tepid to meet Trump you can still say you met the President and had dinner with the most powerful man in the country.

But you get there and you see cold nuggets, fries, and hamburgers instead of an actual fucking dinner. You see food which you’ve actively avoided to maintain strict weight guidelines and are dismayed when you feel that President surely must be taking the piss with all of y’all.

It’d be a disappointment.

Even if they might enjoy McD's as the occasional splurge, unless it's at least warm that shit is inedible.

Pelosi seems to have Trump nailed (arguable he nailed himself). He can't stop the government shutdown without looking like he caved to her and can't keep it going without bleeding supporters and causing economic damage. Or so goes the narrative.

Also they can get that food anywhere, how about something more unique to Washington for them? Trump called it great American food.

President surely must be taking the piss with all of y’all.

Not really. Trump showed no sign of having taken any thought about the Clemson Tigers one way or another. Hence inviting the photographers in when it was just him and the burgers, and not to the actual event. He was signalling to his base the the shit they like is good enough for Trump, too. And it works well enough for the idiots to vote for him to forget about the fact that the guy doing the signalling is a penthouse-dwelling trust fund baby for whom the Presidency has only amplified a fondness for excessive self-gifting with other people's money.

Nice power play by Pelosi.

Sometimes the best power moves in politics are conveyed in the most mundane language.

"Sadly, given the security concerns and unless government re-opens this week, I suggest we work together to determine another suitable date after government has re-opened for this address or for you to consider delivering your State of the Union address in writing to the Congress on January 29," wrote Speaker Nancy Pelosi to President Donald Trump on Wednesday.
