The most condemning congratulation of them all:
Trump congratulates Boris Johnson, saying he will be 'great' as UK's next PM

It will not be a question of Trump saying jump but Johnson asking how high. It was expected but still is a very sad day in UK politics.

Can we expect to see Boris rushing over to be led by the hand, like May?
Or did Trump misunderstand "BJ"?

Trump does not understand anyone but Boris is as close as it comes. Only Farage gets closer but he has two brown arms.

Well the press in Europe are not enthralled:

'A new nadir': EU papers on Boris Johnson's ascendancy

Arrival of ‘clown who wanted to be king’ at No 10 is greeted with scepticism in Europe

That's a misquote. Too articulate for the Donald. It was "Britain Trump"

Javid and Patel both Ayn Rand fans. Patel likes the idea of bringing back the death penalty.

Not to mention the fact she had to resign over her secret meetings with Israel.
