Meanwhile ...

So, the Ukrainians were able to convert two extremely small light aircraft into suicide drones, fly them 725 miles into Russian territory, and successfully destroy two key targets on the Ukrainian hit list. Not once did Russian air defences detect the aircraft in question.

Plus, it appears that a new insurgency has joined the fray, in the form of the Free Russian Army, which is a Ukraine-backed anti-Putin militia in Russia itself. This militia is adding to the Red Army's headaches in its own interesting way.

So, Putin's gamble in the Ukraine is turning into an ever bigger clusterfuck for him and the Red Army.

Just to stir the shit, the leader of Belarus decided to issue inflammatory statements about a war with NATO. That's not going to end well if actual ordnance starts flying. Belarus doesn't even have the latest ex-Soviet equipment to deploy, and its hardware will be nothing ,ore than target practice for even the previous generation of western equipment, let alone the latest systems.

This is starting to stray into Archduke Franz Ferdinand territory.

No, something even smaller, a locally produced light aircraft called the AA12.

I wonder, is Putler's nuclear dick swinging been taken seriously at all or is it so much bluster. I was about to ask if he is crazy enough to risk Russia getting glassed so he has no where to go outside of a bunker. Then I seemed to recall perhaps Cali posted, in part, that US intel probably tracks his whereabouts. His location would be target #1 for any retaliatory strikes.
